2. Scope of Services
Under the Tree organises concerts andpromotes them through its website. The sale of tickets happens through anexternal platform, V-ticket . We are not an intermediary or reseller of ticketsfor third-party events.
3. Ticket purchase and delivery
All ticket sales are processed through theV-ticket platform.
Payment must be made at the time of booking using accepted payment methodslisted on V-ticket website.
Once the purchase is confirmed, tickets will be delivered electronically viaemail to the address provided during checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address and othercontact details entered.Tickets grant access to the event specifiedon the ticket only.
4. Ticket use and admission to the event
Entry to the event is permitted only with avalid ticket and may require ID verification.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove attendees who:
· Appear to be in an obviouslyaltered state (it is prohibited to enter or remain on the premises whileintoxicated or under the influence of drugs);
· Exhibit aggressive behavior;
· Refuse to allow bags andbackpacks to be checked upon request by security staff.
Children arewelcome at our family-friendly concerts, but minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
5. What you cannot bring
Within the concert area, it isforbidden to bring:
· Suitcases, trolleys, bags,backpacks, sacks, or other bulky containers;
· Weapons, explosives, fireworks,smoke bombs, signal flares, stones, knives, or other sharp or pointed objects;
· Bicycles, skateboards,rollerblades, and hoverboards;
· Drones and remote-controlledaircraft;
· Video cameras, professional orsemi-professional cameras;
· Drugs, poisons, harmfulsubstances, and flammable materials;
· Food or drinks;
· Animals. The only exception isregistered guide dogs accompanying people with visual disabilities.
6. Pricesand Taxes
You will be charged a booking fee whenbooking a ticket.
We reserve the right to correct errorsor update prices at any time before purchase confirmation.
7. Ticket transfer and resale
To prevent fraud and maintain fair access,reselling tickets is prohibited under Regulation (EU) No 2017/2394.
8. Cancellations, Postponements and Refunds
We really hope you can join us, but we know plans can change.
· Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a cancellation of the show.
· If the event is postponed, your ticket willautomatically be valid for the new date.
· If the event is fully cancelled, we will issue arefund,. Please contact us within 7 days of the date the event was scheduled totake place. Please note that booking fees are notrefundable.
· Unfortunately, we can’t cover any extra costs such astravel or accommodation.
· If an event has to be stopped after a substantial part hasalready taken place, refunds are not available.
· We are not liable forcancellations or modifications caused by events beyond our control (e.g.,weather conditions, strikes, public health restrictions, acts of God).
9. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 103(l) of the SpanishConsumer Act (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal doesnot apply to leisure or cultural event tickets for a specific date.
Therefore, you do not have a statutoryright to cancel your purchase once completed.
10. Photography Policy
We love seeing you capture specialmoments from our events! Feel free to take personal photos on your phone, aslong as it doesn’t disturb other guests or interrupt the flow of the event.
Professional photography orvideography equipment (including large cameras, tripods, lighting, and similargear) is not permitted unless you have written permission from Under the Tree.
11. Liability
Our responsibility to you is governedby Spanish consumer and contract law.
Nothing in these Terms limits ourliability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Any compensation will cover only theforeseeable and proportionate losses typical of this type of contract.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed inaccordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU and Spanish dataprotection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect and process your data only tomanage ticket sales, communicate event information, and comply with legalobligations.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text,images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Under the Tree.
You may not copy, reproduce, ordistribute any content without our prior written permission.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governedby Spanish law. In the event of any dispute, consumersmay submit claims to the competent courts of their place of residence in Spainor to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at
